Eligibility for Returns

- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Items returned without original tags or packaging.
- Products purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or marked as non-returnable.
- Customized or altered products.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges subject to product availability.
If you require a different size, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number and clear photos of the product.
- Our team will review the request and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping costs will be borne by Miss Ethnik.
- For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
